Please read these Terms carefully before instructing Odyssey Family Guidance. By accepting a quotation, booking a service, making payment or instructing Odyssey Family Guidance to begin work, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective from: 01/08/2026
Version: 1.0

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Odyssey Family Guidance provides services to its clients.

Please read these Terms carefully before instructing Odyssey Family Guidance. By accepting a quotation, booking a service, making payment or instructing Odyssey Family Guidance to begin work, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply together with any quotation, service description, booking confirmation or written agreement provided to you. If there is a specific written agreement between you and Odyssey Family Guidance which conflicts with these Terms, the specific written agreement will take precedence to the extent of the conflict.

1. ABOUT ODYSSEY FAMILY GUIDANCE

1.1 Odyssey Family Guidance ("Odyssey", "we", "us" or "our") provides fee-paying family support and McKenzie Friend services.

1.2 Odyssey Family Guidance is not a firm of solicitors or barristers and does not provide legal representation.

1.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, services are provided to the individual client who instructs Odyssey. We do not act for, advise or represent another parent or other party to your family circumstances or proceedings.

1.4 Odyssey Family Guidance does not offer mediation or counselling services.

1.5 Our services are intended primarily for matters within the family justice system of England and Wales. If you are involved in proceedings in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another jurisdiction, you must tell us before instructing us. We may decline to provide services where the relevant legal or procedural framework falls outside our competence.

1.6 Nothing in these Terms creates a solicitor-client or barrister-client relationship.

2. OUR SERVICES

2.1 The services Odyssey may provide include, but are not limited to:

  • individual co-parenting guidance;

  • child-focused guidance;

  • communication support;

  • parenting and communication plans;

  • child arrangements and transition planning;

  • family change and parent coaching;

  • post-court transition support;

  • support when working with Children's Services;

  • indirect contact support where separately agreed;

  • family Court application support;

  • case reviews;

  • preparation of Position Statements and Witness Statements from information supplied by the client;

  • pre-hearing coaching;

  • Cafcass interview preparation;

  • hearing preparation;

  • McKenzie friend support at Court; and

  • other services specifically agreed in writing.

2.2 Not every service will be suitable for every client or circumstance. We reserve the right to decline work where we consider that the requested service falls outside our role, experience, competence, professional boundaries or available capacity.

2.3 Where a service is described as "from" a particular fee, the final fee will depend on the scope of work agreed with you.

2.4 Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed with you before additional fees are incurred, unless urgent action is reasonably required to protect an agreed deadline and you have authorised us to proceed.

3. OUR ROLE

3.1 We will provide the service agreed with you with reasonable care and skill.

3.2 Our role is to support you to understand, organise and manage matters relevant to your circumstances while keeping you at the centre of your own decisions.

3.3 We do not make decisions on your behalf unless the nature of a particular administrative task expressly requires us to do so and you have authorised it.

3.4 You remain responsible for the decisions you make and for any documents, applications, statements, evidence or correspondence that you submit to a Court, Cafcass, Children's Services or another organisation.

3.5 We will not knowingly present information as fact where you have told us that it is disputed or uncertain. Where appropriate, we will help you distinguish between facts, allegations, evidence, opinion and matters which remain unresolved.

4. MCKENZIE FRIEND SERVICES

4.1 Where Odyssey provides McKenzie Friend support, the role is governed by the applicable rules, guidance and directions of the relevant Court.

4.2 A person assisted by a McKenzie Friend remains a litigant in person.

4.3 A McKenzie Friend does not have an automatic right to:

  • conduct litigation on behalf of a client;

  • sign Court documents on the client's behalf;

  • act as the client's agent in proceedings;

  • address the Court;

  • make oral submissions; or

  • examine witnesses.

4.4 The Court retains control over whether a McKenzie Friend may assist at a particular hearing and may refuse, restrict or place conditions on that assistance.

4.5 Payment for Court attendance does not guarantee that Odyssey will be permitted to attend a hearing or provide assistance in any particular way.

4.6 Unless the Court permits otherwise, the client remains responsible for presenting their own case, speaking to the Court, answering questions and making submissions.

4.7 Where appropriate, Odyssey may provide quiet assistance, note-taking, help with papers and documents, moral support and other assistance permitted within the McKenzie Friend role.

4.8 We will comply with reasonable directions given by the Court concerning our involvement.

5. LEGAL ADVICE AND LEGAL REPRESENTATION

5.1 Odyssey does not provide legal representation.

5.2 Our services should not be treated as a substitute for independent legal advice from a solicitor or barrister where such advice is required.

5.3 We may explain procedures, Court processes, documents and publicly available information and may help you prepare questions to raise with a qualified legal professional.

5.4 Where an issue requires specialist legal advice, we may recommend that you seek independent advice from an appropriately qualified solicitor or barrister.

5.5 You are responsible for deciding whether to obtain independent legal advice.

6. CASE REVIEWS AND GUIDANCE

6.1 A Case Review is an assessment of the information and documents you provide to us within the agreed scope of the service.

6.2 A Case Review is not a guarantee of the likely outcome of your case.

6.3 Any discussion about possible outcomes, risks or options is based on the information available to us at the time and may change if further information becomes available or circumstances change.

6.4 We cannot guarantee that a Court, Cafcass, Children's Services or any other organisation will accept, agree with or act upon a proposal or recommendation discussed with you.

7. DOCUMENT AND STATEMENT PREPARATION

7.1 Where we agree to prepare a Position Statement, Witness Statement or other document for you, the document will be prepared using information and evidence supplied by you.

7.2 You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information.

7.3 You must carefully review any document prepared for you before it is submitted or relied upon.

7.4 You remain responsible for approving the final version and submitting it to the Court or other relevant organisation unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed and is legally permissible.

7.5 We will not knowingly include information which you tell us is false or misleading.

7.6 We may ask you to clarify information, provide supporting documents or confirm the accuracy of a statement before completing the work.

7.7 Our preparation of a document does not mean that we endorse every allegation, assertion or position contained within it. The final document remains your statement or submission.

7.8 Unless expressly included within the agreed service, document preparation does not include detailed legal analysis, extensive evidence review, legal research or specialist legal advice.

8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

8.1 provide accurate and complete information;

8.2 tell us promptly about any significant change in circumstances;

8.3 provide documents and information within agreed timescales;

8.4 tell us about relevant Court orders, directions, deadlines and hearing dates;

8.5 identify information which you believe is confidential, disputed or subject to restrictions;

8.6 review documents we prepare within the agreed timeframe;

8.7 make your own decisions about your case;

8.8 comply with Court orders and directions;

8.9 pay agreed fees on time; and

8.10 communicate with Odyssey respectfully.

8.11 not deliberately provide false, misleading or incomplete information for the purpose of influencing the service we provide.

9. FEES AND PAYMENT

9.1 Fees will be agreed with you before work begins wherever reasonably possible.

9.2 Our fees are generally fixed for the agreed scope of work.

9.3 Unless otherwise stated, we do not charge by the minute, per email or per telephone call.

9.4 Fixed fees cover only the work expressly included within the agreed service.

9.5 Additional work will not normally be undertaken without your agreement to the additional fee.

9.6 Court fees, application fees, barrister or solicitor fees, expert fees, transcription costs, travel expenses, parking, accommodation and other third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated.

9.7 Where travel or other expenses are chargeable, these will be explained to you before they are incurred wherever reasonably possible.

9.8 Payment must be made by the date stated on your invoice or booking confirmation.

9.9 We may suspend work or decline further instructions where an invoice remains unpaid, subject to any applicable legal obligations and any urgent Court deadline of which we are aware.

9.10 We will not charge additional fees simply because a Court hearing lasts longer than anticipated unless the agreed service or quotation expressly provides for additional time.

10. REFUNDS

10.1 Where you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, Odyssey Family Guidance will provide that refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

10.2 Where you cancel a service before work has begun, any refund due will be considered in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to that service and any statutory cancellation rights.

10.3 Where you have requested that a service begins before the expiry of an applicable statutory cancellation period, and you subsequently cancel, Odyssey may retain an amount that reflects the service provided up to the point at which you notified us of cancellation, where permitted by law.

10.4 Where a service has been fully performed following your express request for it to begin during the statutory cancellation period, and the applicable legal requirements have been met, you may no longer have a statutory right to cancel or receive a refund for that service.

10.5 Where you have paid for a fixed-fee service and Odyssey has already completed all or part of the agreed work, any refund will take account of the work already provided, subject to your statutory rights.

10.6 If Odyssey cancels a service before it has been provided, we will normally offer you either:

  • a refund of any amount paid for the service that has not been provided; or

  • where appropriate and agreed with you, an alternative appointment or service.

10.7 If a Court hearing is cancelled, postponed or moved, this does not automatically mean that a refund is due where Odyssey has already carried out work included within the agreed service or has reserved time specifically for your booking. Any refund or alternative arrangement will depend on the circumstances and the terms agreed for that particular service.

10.8 We will not charge you for services which have not been provided, except where a specific cancellation or booking fee has been agreed in advance and is lawful and reasonable.

10.9 Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been agreed with you.

10.10 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.

11. CANCELLATION AND 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHTS

11.1 If you are a consumer and you enter into a contract with us by distance communication, such as online, email or telephone, or in circumstances which legally constitute an off-premises contract, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory cancellation or consumer rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.3 If you wish to cancel within a statutory cancellation period, you should notify us clearly by email or other durable medium.

11.4 If you ask us to begin providing services before the end of the statutory cancellation period, you expressly request that we begin work before that period has expired.

11.5 If you subsequently cancel after work has begun, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to the point at which you notify us of cancellation, where permitted by law.

11.6 Where the service has been fully performed following your express request for it to begin during the cancellation period and you acknowledged the relevant consequences, your statutory right to cancel may cease.

11.7 Certain services may be time-sensitive, particularly where a Court deadline or hearing is approaching. We may therefore ask you to expressly confirm that you wish us to begin work immediately.

11.8 A statutory cancellation right is separate from any additional cancellation rights we may offer under these Terms or under an individual quotation.

12. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

12.1 You may ask us to stop work at any time.

12.2 Where you cancel a service after work has begun, the amount payable will depend on the work already completed and any applicable statutory rights.

12.3 If a fixed-fee service has not yet begun, any refund will be dealt with in accordance with the agreed cancellation terms and applicable consumer law.

12.4 Where a service is booked specifically for a hearing or other fixed appointment, cancellation arrangements may be stated separately in your booking confirmation.

13. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION BY ODYSSEY

13.1 We may decline or terminate instructions where:

  • a conflict of interest arises;

  • continuing would compromise confidentiality or professional boundaries;

  • you provide false or materially misleading information;

  • you ask us to act outside our role or legal boundaries;

  • you ask us to mislead the Court or another professional;

  • you repeatedly fail to provide information required to carry out the agreed service;

  • fees remain unpaid;

  • your behaviour towards us or another person is abusive, threatening or unreasonable;

  • safeguarding concerns require us to take a different course of action;

  • the service is no longer appropriate;

  • circumstances change so that we can no longer provide the service competently; or

  • continuing the service would otherwise be unlawful or inappropriate.

13.2 Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for ending the service and provide reasonable notice.

13.3 Where there is an imminent Court hearing or deadline, we will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary prejudice to you, subject to our professional and legal obligations.

14. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

14.1 Odyssey will carry out an appropriate conflict check before accepting instructions.

14.2 We may decline or discontinue a service where providing it could create a conflict of interest, compromise confidentiality or affect our ability to provide the service appropriately.

14.3 Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Odyssey provides services to the individual client and not to both parents.

14.4 Our individual-parent co-parenting services are not mediation. Odyssey does not act as a neutral mediator between parents.

14.5 Where Odyssey has provided a genuinely joint, neutral or third-party service, we may be unable to subsequently act as an individual support provider or McKenzie Friend for either party in relation to the same dispute.

14.6 Where Odyssey has acted as a witness, observer or otherwise obtained information in a neutral capacity relating to a dispute, we may be unable to subsequently provide McKenzie Friend services in relation to that dispute.

14.7 A conflict check may be required again if the nature or scope of the service changes.

15. COMMUNICATION WITH THE OTHER PARENT OR THIRD PARTIES

15.1 Odyssey does not ordinarily communicate with the other parent on your behalf.

15.2 We may help you formulate, review or structure correspondence for you to send yourself.

15.3 We will only contact another parent, solicitor, professional, organisation or authority on your behalf where this has been expressly agreed and where doing so is within our role and appropriate in the circumstances.

15.4 We will not negotiate or act as your legal representative.

15.5 Where we are required to communicate with a third party as part of an agreed service, we will make clear the capacity in which we are communicating.

16. COURT HEARINGS

16.1 Where Court Support has been booked, we will provide the assistance described in the relevant service description or quotation.

16.2 Court Support does not guarantee any particular outcome.

16.3 The Court may alter the hearing time, hearing date, location or format without notice to Odyssey or the client.

16.4 If a hearing is postponed, adjourned, vacated or changed by the Court, the consequences for any booked Court Support will be considered in accordance with the applicable booking and cancellation arrangements.

16.5 We cannot be responsible for delays, adjournments, listing changes or other decisions made by the Court.

16.6 We may attend Court with you where agreed and where permitted by the Court.

16.7 You remain responsible for attending your hearing and complying with all Court orders and directions.

17. CAFCASS, CHILDREN'S SERVICES AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS

17.1 Odyssey may assist you to prepare for communications, meetings or interviews with Cafcass, Children's Services, schools or other professionals.

17.2 We may help you organise your thoughts, prepare questions, understand documents and communicate your concerns clearly.

17.3 We do not act as an employee, representative or decision-maker for Cafcass, Children's Services, a local authority, school or other professional organisation.

17.4 We cannot guarantee that a professional organisation will accept, adopt or act upon information or proposals prepared with our assistance.

17.5 Where appropriate, we may recommend that you obtain independent legal advice.

17.6 Where appropriate, Odyssey may signpost you to another organisation, professional, support service or source of information which may be relevant to your circumstances.

17.7 Signposting is intended to help you identify potential sources of further support. It does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee that a particular service is suitable for your circumstances.

17.8 Where we signpost you to another organisation, professional or service, you remain responsible for making your own enquiries and satisfying yourself as to its suitability, availability, qualifications or experience where relevant, fees and affordability, terms and conditions, confidentiality arrangements and any other factors that may be important to you.

17.9 You are responsible for deciding whether to contact or engage any third-party organisation or professional. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Odyssey does not act as an intermediary, agent or representative for any third party to whom you are signposted.

17.10 Odyssey is not responsible for the advice, services, actions, omissions, fees, availability or outcomes of any third-party organisation or professional.

17.11 Where we provide contact details or information about a third-party service, you should satisfy yourself that the information remains current before relying upon it.

18. CHILDREN AND SAFEGUARDING

18.1 The welfare and safety of children is an important consideration in the services provided by Odyssey.

18.2 We may ask questions about safeguarding, risk or a child's welfare where this is relevant to the service.

18.3 If we become aware of information which gives us a genuine safeguarding concern, we may need to share information with an appropriate authority or professional where required or permitted by law.

18.4 Confidentiality does not prevent disclosure where there is a legal obligation to disclose information, where disclosure is necessary to protect a child or another person from serious harm, or where disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.

18.5 We will share only information reasonably necessary for the purpose of the disclosure where practicable.

19. CONFIDENTIALITY

19.1 We will treat information you provide to us as confidential, subject to the exceptions set out in these Terms.

19.2 We will not ordinarily disclose your information to another parent or party simply because they are involved in the same family circumstances.

19.3 Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is:

  • required by law;

  • required by a Court;

  • necessary to comply with a legal obligation;

  • necessary to protect a child or another person from serious harm;

  • necessary to obtain professional or specialist assistance where appropriate;

  • required for insurance, legal or regulatory purposes; or

  • otherwise permitted by law.

19.4 You should tell us if a document or piece of information is subject to a Court order, confidentiality restriction, reporting restriction or other limitation on disclosure.

19.5 We cannot guarantee confidentiality where you provide information which we are legally required to disclose.

20. DATA PROTECTION

20.1 Odyssey Family Guidance processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

20.2 Our Privacy Notice explains:

  • what personal information we collect;

  • why we collect it;

  • our lawful bases for processing;

  • who information may be shared with;

  • how long information is retained;

  • how information is protected; and

  • your data protection rights.

20.3 Our Privacy Notice forms part of the information provided to clients but is separate from these Terms and Conditions.

20.4 Because family matters may involve sensitive information concerning adults and children, you should only provide information which is relevant to the service we are providing.

20.5 We may use third-party service providers for secure storage, email, scheduling, payment processing, document management and other business functions. Where applicable, these providers will process information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

20.6 We may retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including complying with legal, regulatory, insurance and professional requirements.

20.7 Further information is contained in our Privacy Notice.

21. EMAIL, TELEPHONE AND DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

21.1 We will agree appropriate communication methods with you.

21.2 Email and other electronic communications carry inherent risks, including delay, interception, misdirection and technical failure.

21.3 You should not assume that an email has been received unless you receive an acknowledgement where one is reasonably expected.

21.4 You are responsible for ensuring that Odyssey has your current contact details.

21.5 We will not ordinarily provide support through personal social media accounts.

21.6 We may set reasonable boundaries around communication outside booked appointments and agreed service arrangements.

21.7 Odyssey works flexible hours to ensure accessibility to our clients; however, this should not be interpreted as unlimited availability or an expectation of communication timeframes.

22. DOCUMENTS AND EVIDENCE

22.1 You remain responsible for retaining original documents and evidence.

22.2 Unless expressly agreed otherwise, documents provided to Odyssey should be supplied electronically where possible.

22.3 We may ask you to provide documents in a particular format where necessary to carry out the agreed service.

22.4 We will take reasonable care of documents supplied to us but cannot accept responsibility for loss or corruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.

22.5 You should retain your own copies of all important documents.

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

23.1 Materials created by Odyssey for general use, including templates, guidance documents, checklists, frameworks, forms, training materials and other original resources, remain the intellectual property of Odyssey Family Guidance unless expressly agreed otherwise.

23.2 You may use documents specifically prepared for you for your own family or Court matter.

23.3 You must not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, commercially exploit or substantially copy Odyssey's templates, resources, frameworks or other proprietary materials for use by another person or business without our written permission.

23.4 This does not prevent you from using a document prepared specifically for your own Court proceedings or exercising any rights you have in your own information or evidence.

24. REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS AND PUBLICITY

24.1 We may ask clients whether they are willing to provide feedback or a testimonial.

24.2 We will not publish your name, photograph, identifying information or details of your family circumstances without your express permission.

24.3 You are not required to provide a review or testimonial.

24.4 We will not use your case, documents or children's information for marketing purposes without appropriate consent and consideration of confidentiality and data protection requirements.

25. EQUALITY AND REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS

25.1 Odyssey aims to provide services fairly and without unlawful discrimination.

25.2 If you have a disability or other access requirement which may affect your ability to use our services, please tell us.

25.3 We will consider reasonable adjustments to our services where required by law.

25.4 Adjustments may include, where reasonably practicable, alternative communication methods, additional time, accessible formats, remote appointments or other appropriate changes.

25.5 You will not be charged an additional fee solely because a reasonable adjustment is required by law.

26. HEALTH, SAFETY AND BEHAVIOUR

26.1 We expect clients to communicate respectfully with Odyssey and with other people involved in the service.

26.2 We will not tolerate threatening, abusive, discriminatory or intimidating behaviour.

26.3 We may end an appointment or service where we reasonably believe that continuing would place someone at risk or would be inappropriate.

26.4 Where meetings take place in public or professional venues, the venue's own rules and safety requirements will also apply.

27. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

27.1 Family disputes and Court proceedings involve decisions made by judges, magistrates, Cafcass, Children's Services and other independent organisations.

27.2 Odyssey cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

27.3 We do not guarantee that:

  • an application will succeed;

  • a Court will make a particular order;

  • Cafcass will adopt a recommendation;

  • Children's Services will accept a proposal;

  • another parent will agree to a proposal;

  • a hearing will proceed as anticipated; or

  • a dispute will be resolved without Court proceedings.

27.4 Any assessment or guidance provided by Odyssey is based on the information available to us and should not be treated as a prediction of the decision of a Court or other authority.

28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

28.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

28.2 This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which the law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

28.3 Subject to clause 28.2, Odyssey will be responsible for losses which are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our failure to provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill.

28.4 We are not responsible for losses arising from:

  • information which you provided inaccurately or incompletely;

  • your failure to provide relevant information;

  • decisions made by a Court, Cafcass, Children's Services or another independent organisation;

  • the actions or omissions of another person;

  • changes to Court listings or directions;

  • events outside our reasonable control; or

  • your failure to follow advice, instructions or agreed processes where doing so contributed to the loss.

28.5 Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights which apply to you.

28.6 Where a limitation of liability is permitted by law, we will seek to apply any limitation fairly and proportionately having regard to the nature of the service provided.

29. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

29.1 We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

29.2 Such circumstances may include illness, accident, severe weather, transport disruption, internet or telecommunications failure, cyber incidents, changes to Court listings, Court closures, strikes, government action or other significant events.

29.3 Where reasonably possible, we will notify you and seek to agree an alternative arrangement.

30. COMPLAINTS

30.1 We want clients to raise concerns as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to address them.

30.2 If you have a complaint, please contact:

Odyssey Family Guidance
Email:
odysseyfamilyguidance@gmail.com

30.3 We will acknowledge a complaint within 5 working days where reasonably practicable.

30.4 We will investigate the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 working days.

30.5 If the matter requires longer to investigate, we will explain the reason for the delay and provide an indication of when a further response will be provided.

30.6 Making a complaint will not affect your statutory rights.

30.7 Where applicable, we will provide information about any relevant alternative dispute resolution arrangements or other appropriate route for resolving an unresolved consumer dispute.

31. COURT AND PROFESSIONAL COMPLAINTS

31.1 Nothing in these Terms prevents you from raising a matter with a Court, public authority, regulator or other body where you have a legal right to do so.

31.2 Odyssey will cooperate appropriately with any lawful request for information from a Court or competent authority.

32. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

32.1 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements.

32.2 The version applicable to your service will normally be the version in force when you enter into the relevant contract.

32.3 If a change is required by law or is necessary for regulatory or operational reasons during an ongoing service, we may notify you of the change where appropriate.

33. SEVERABILITY

33.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or amended to the minimum extent necessary.

33.2 The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

34. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

34.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not give any person who is not a party to the contract a right to enforce any provision of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

35. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

35.1 These Terms and the relationship between Odyssey Family Guidance and the client are governed by the law of England and Wales.

35.2 The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

36. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By instructing Odyssey Family Guidance, booking a service, accepting a quotation or making payment for a service, you confirm that:

  • you have had an opportunity to read these Terms;

  • you understand the nature and limitations of the service;
